As shown in my LinkedIn profile, I have been working at advertising, creativity, brand building and innovation for +25 years. In those years I have worked for many different clients such as big (an independent) advertising agencies, digital companies, or as a freelancer for strategy and technology advisory companies, media agencies and publishers. Driven by my curiosity, I have been able to experience all of the above from different perspectives:
I worked at the client service department. Learning to understand the clients, their needs, and the way to translate those within the agency making things happen. I've been an strategic planner, focused on understanding the needs, motivations and desires of marketers' customers (a.k.a. consumers) and exploring different ways to engage them.
I have been, and I am, creative, which allows me to spend my days thinking about problems and looking for unexpected ways to solve them. Generating ideas and executing them.
Here we come to my great interest: innovation, an area in which I have been training for the last few years driving me to "Complex Problem Solving", my undiscovered calling.
A hybrid profile, with the soft skills needed to help companies to adapt themselves to the current environment, where all the problems are complex so old solutions don't always work.
I decided to be part of Container because I felt that the usual processes, bureaucracy and hierarchies of big agencies were getting on the way of the most important goal: transform businesses through creativity.
